Howling Blast still has a cooldown....when I try to use it twice in a row, even when I visibly have the runes ready, it says not ready yet.

Spartan warriors have a 100% crit chance, 5000 strength, 95% avoidance, and can wield a polearm in one hand. The benefits of man-boy love are many.

HB has a 5 sec cooldown. There is a bug where your UI and tooltips suggest this is not the case, but the game will enforce it.
