I'm conflicted. :(

I'm presently scheduled to work this fine Friday, so I'm not actually dawdling about on my day off. In fact, I'm working with a few soon-to-be Customer Service Forum moderators as we speak; my hours simply needed to shift slightly to accommodate training.

Also, you should soon be seeing one or two of our new teammates posting from my user name (for strategic shee—err, learning purposes). Don't be alarmed; everything is working as intended. ;)
