I recently started a trial account and then upgraded for full WoW service and I got an email saying that it needed to process but the level restriction will be lifted immediately. But now I have to wait for it to process to lift the chat and trade restriction. Any idea how long this generally takes?

The leveling cap is lifted immediately. The others are lifted within 72 hours, though usually sooner.
