So i was hacked twice, blizzard had me to reformat the computer. Guess what i went even a step further.

I got a brand new computer,
it just finished downloading via the website, ive been downloading since friday. They account was reinstated thursday which was the day i talked to blizzard on the phone about new email ,security question they have sent me an authenticator. When they did this i did this on even another computer thats never been on wow( work computer) and hardley on internet just emails.

Now because at this point and time I havent been on a compromised computer i havent even went to try to log on any account on this new computer, it just finished downloading and i happen to check my email, seems my account has had a password recovery sent to my email. Now i don't know if they have hacked the account yet as i couldnt even get on if i tried as i still gotta send them my drivers lics wait on my authenticator ect.

How is this possiblle? This is a brand new computer, brand new email..sounds to me like this is an internal job. Now i gotta wait til tommorrow to call blizzard as they are too busy to recieve any more calls

Internal job? Pardon? No one here can see your password, Copehagen. You may not have logged into game - but you ARE on the forum - same information.

It's not terribly difficult to request a password reset - but unless they have a way of getting the reply, they can't actually get in. I don't see any access on the account you are posting under since the 13th.

Malicious parties did indeed TRY to reset your password on 6/20 - and then it looks like you reset it after.

I take it your authenticator has not yet arrived? I don't see one on this account yet.

The fact they haven't been back into the account is actually a hopeful sign that although they requested this be reset, they didn't get it - but you can't count on that 100%.

I'd add that authenticator just as soon as possible.
