How could i fix these issues?
by Die | 13/08/2008 02:15:32![]() I've been a legit player for 3 years now, but I foolishly didn't think things through when setting up my account. I no longer use the email set to the account, and although I can still access that email, it would be nice to have things updated. When I go through the account page, it doesn't send me the confirmation email, therefore i cannot change it. Also, my secret question seems to be acting strangely as well. It asks for my mothers maiden name, and when I put that in it comes up as invalid. Having these two issues fixed would be a relief, because if I got hacked for whatever reason I feel as if there isn't much I could do. Is there someone I can email to fix this? |

If you still have access to the e-mail address currently registered to the account you can change it via the Account Management page. An e-mail will be sent to that address with a confirmation link; click that link and your contact information update will be applied to the account.
Are you certain you used your mothers maiden name? Many people select a different answer. If you can not recall it you can recover it by using the form linked below. http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21469 * * * * "We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... Yes. Though you may want to check to see if your spam filter is catching the e-mails or perhaps they are ending up in your junk folder. Otherwise you'll need to contact Billing by phone. * * * * "We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land'." "I think we should call it...your grave!"
