Honor Boots/Belt missing on PTR

Yes, 2.1.2 is up on the PvE PTR. The new trinkets are there, as are the reduced honor cost. Only the boots and belts are missing from the vendor :(

Hi Gilora,

It looks like the new NPCs that sell the new items are not all in place on the PTR build. The next build should have the new NPCs that have these items for sale.
