Just get rid of it in its current form. I say add this

Hunger For Blood
2 minute Cooldown
Your poison procs have a 30% chance to provide 15 energy for 20 seconds.

Glyph of Hunger For Blood increases chance by 20%

Give assassination a cooldown that won't increase overall dps that adresses the biggest problem of the spec, energy regen (yeah we dont have that many problems and I think this would be the biggest). Anyone agree?
