Today the .5% honor awards and titles were given out, and my team was one of those.

But lucky for me I got to get screwed over by a bug in the sytem.

About two weeks ago I was trying to leave my 2v2 team to join another, and when I went to the arena tab the teams were out of order for some reason. I didn't want to try and leave the team from that tab since everything was screwed up. So I typed /teamleave 2v2 and boom, it dropped me from my 5v5 team that was in the .5%. So not knowing what happened I frantically took as many screenshots of the armory and made anyway possible to show proof that I had played in plenty games for the 20%.

Then I paged a GM, all he told me to do was post on the suggestions forums like 15 times, that was his answer to every question I had.

So that's what I did, I went only and posted, only to get no blue replys after 4 days of bumping.

So I tried something else, I went to try and send and email out. After frantically anticipating a respose for 4 days, I got an answer. It was an auotmated response to something that had NOTHING to do with what I asked.

I thought all hope was lost, so I decided I would just wait for today to roll around and hope that somehow the games got logged or something, and it will still award it to me, nocigar. So I tried to send another ticket out.

After 4 hours of waiting I finally got to talk to someome. GM Kadames replied to me, and I thought I might finally get the answer I was looking for. I asked for help, and got NOTHING in response, he just kept replying with dumb automated responses like "Is there any other Issue I could help you with at this time" even though he hadn't even attempted to give me an answer to my original question. After about 5 minutes of trying to get something out of him he just told me that It must have been my choice to leave my teaM a week before the drakes and titles were held out with 90% of the games played... becuase that would make so much sense... Then he told me farwell and wouldn't reply anymore to me. I have screenshots of the retarded conversation if you need me to post them.

All I want is what I worked hard for, It wasn't my choice to leave the team, and my team has ss to prove I played enough games. They also can vouch that thier arena teams in the tab were out of order for some reason that day also. Please help, my guildmate told me your the only competent people working for blizzard and that you might actually be able to give a human response!
