Perhaps you missed the part of my post in the other thread where this WAS already reported, so that part is taken care of and you are in queue. At the moment, investigations are taking about 10-ish days. We will certainly be happy to look into damages, but you still need to find the source of this compromise or the chances of it happening again are VERY high. As to why you were having difficulty patching, that I'm not sure, would likely be best to take that up over in our technical support forum if you still need assistance.
