Q u o t e:
Get used to that...
Unfortunately GMs are spamed with tickets about items. From their stand point I do not think they can all be true. So they have strict policy as far as item restoration.

I came on this forum to request help with a simular problem.

I am a 70 rogue on Arthas my rogue was in the vendor who sales items for badges. I was holding control and clicking random items (To see what they look like in the dressing room.) For some bizzar reason I recieved one of the items I dressing roomed. A shaman totem. I asked a GM for help. The GM was very helpful and attempted to restore the item.
I was unable to recover it since I had recieved the item at 1am and went to sleep after. I figured it wouldn't be any harm if I entered a ticket the next time I logged on. I did this, but the GM was unable to refund the badges for the useless item because I had logged off and not reported it.

Ultimately I could tell the GM actually tried several ways to restore my badges and I am grateful for that. If only I remembered the Gm's name. Not only perfessional she/he took several minutes to which shehe kept me updated.

Thank you to that GM.

Though I would very much like help with this issue. The item cost 15 badges which is alot of hours of playing put to waste. ><

I posted this in another post because I had a simular problem. Though the only simularities were the fact that the topic involved badges.

I still have this item in my inventory. The character is Tigress a 70 rogue on Arthas.

Is there anything that can be done to get the badges back for this useless item.

Berghe

Lifeleaf, I'm sorry to say that if too much time has passed that a Game Master will be unable to reverse the purchase. I wish I had better news, and I apologize. :(
