Haste for raiding : experience

by Drysc | 01/02/2008 18:50:53 Although not terribly relevant to your discussion I thought I'd jump in and let you know about some Spell Haste changes in the upcoming patch. In 2.4, Spell Haste will reduce the global cool down on spells, down to a minimum of 1 second. It won't apply to melee and ranged abilities though however. |

I don't think it's set in stone, but I've heard that's it's currently impossible to achieve with the gear currently available. Talents do put it into reach, but still they only just close the gap. |
