So i just got the authenticator taken off my acount last night after it had been hacked...and i went onto the blizz store to buy one myself and i go to school. When i got home i went to check on the status of the order and my password has been changed again. so i got onto wow after changing the password to find that all my charas stuff has been taken again.....if someone could please help me so this stops happening i have run a virus scan and everything and i dont know why this happened again

Someone's either on your computer or in your email (or if you used the same password again, they probably just tried your old stuff again). We need to get that secured before attempting to reclaim your account again. You may want to use a wider selection of scanning software if your first one didn't find anything. Something like Malwarebyte and Combofix (if applicable to your computer) might dig a bit deeper. As for your email address, you'll want to change its password after you get your computer secure so no one goes back looking around.
