by Syndri | 30/04/2010 18:42:20![]() Hey there, Malaqt. I'm very sorry to hear that you're having difficulty accessing your account. =/ Unfortunately, this is a very common trend: in many cases of compromise, an unauthorized party will associate an Authenticator with the account in order to prevent the registered user from logging in. Our Account Services department can help, though! We've many representatives that are more than happy to assist you in recovering your account. Account Services representatives are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PDT and may be reached by phoning 1-800-59-BLIZZARD. International customers may also use the numbers listed here (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20606). Now, our phone queues are pretty heavily impacted with all kinds of incoming requests right now, so you may find that it's easiest to get through if you keep a ready finger on the redial button. It may sound silly, but it's actually quite a successful technique. My guess is that you're currently receiving a busy message when trying to call in. The reason you're receiving that message is because our phone lines are completely full. This means that all representatives are on the line with other customers and all "on hold" spots are occupied. The good news is that those "on hold" spots free up all the time. If you're willing to redial a few times, you're very likely to get through. (You might also want to send an email over to billing@blizzard.com, too.) :) I'd also encourage you to review the following step-by-step guide in full, as well, as it will walk you through every part of the recovery process: securing your account (very important!), recovering access, reporting any losses, and what to expect from the restoration process.

That's not something that would precisely make this forum—the Customer Service Forum—better, so including that idea within the poll thread is not exactly the best place for it, but we do certainly appreciate the feedback and will relay it on. :) BY FIRE BE SECURED!
