My main account was hacked and an authenticator was added early today. This is a trial account that I made so that I could post in the forums, and try to contact a GM online... however, after waiting for over two hours in-game, with a ticket open, I gave up.

I can give you whatever info you need for my main account, but I wasn't sure if it would be safe to post anything out in the open.

We'd need a character name/realm on the account in question to even begin to look into this, I've - but yes, Billing can get you back in control and started.

In the meantime, it's vital to find the source of this. If you don't - doesn't matter what's done on our end, they WILL be back.
