My account was hacked, they used an authenticator, so now I can't even log into my account on battle.net (although you don't need an authenticator for the forums, so I was able to do that).

But it does NOT help me as it fails me on step 3 as I cannot secure my account.

Help please!

Did you post in the Technical Support Forum, as well? If not, this is also highly recommended, as the representatives within that forum very frequently are able to assist with unauthorized Authenticator removal.
