No this did not happen to me but it happened to a guildie of mine, since he is younger he really didn't know how to go about help. He was away on vacation for the past 2-4 weeks and during that time his account was hacked, he recently just acquired the account from his cousin. His name in the guild New Dark Carnival (Draka) is Corrdellia. He whispered me as soon as i got on so i gave him some gold so that he could get some decent armor and weps to get him by and hopefully get his items restored to the way they were before he left. I know in some cases the items are restored and in some cases they are not. I was wanting to know if a GM could help me out on the issue. It would be greatly appreciated.

Reincarnated, it is extremely relevant. If we are contacted concerning an account ownership issue (which is exactly what a compromised account is, it is the account being accessed by some one who is not the account owner) we investigate the issue of ownership.

Your friend will want to note this section of the Terms of Use, and should look into acquiring his own account as sharing, transferring, trading or providing as a gift an account is unfortunately a violation of our Terms of Use:
