Just killed the last boss in a heroic.. entire team got DC and now its telling us that there are no instance servers available.

It's been 15 minutes, and I'm afraid our epic loot may have rotted. Thanks blizz.

my tier gloves dropped and they decided i should get them. I was told this about 12 hours ago but I haven't seen anything since..

It would appear that the Character Specialist assigned to your case hasn't yet come into the office for the day; give it a few more hours. :)

I inquired once more into this matter. While it seems some issues had been encountered, these have now been overcome. From what I could gauge this case is now in the final stages of restoration, Penelopea.
