The Guild Roundtable is a program which I've recently had the chance to support. It's a program in which guild leaders and officers from many different guilds meet together and discuss important issues on guild leadership, management, direction, and general support.

The core of activity with the Roundtable does not occur on these forums, but rather in-game. Once a month, meetings are held Horde-side on the Skywall server. These meetings are directed through voice chat and have had at times more than a hundred people in attendance. Experienced leaders from very casual guilds to hardcore raiding guilds are able to answer virtually any question brought up. It's genuinely helpful.

Support from Blizzard would take two forms, ideally.

First, assistance in promoting the in-game get-together through the community. The next meetings are November 11th and January 13th.

Second, linking the website at http://www.guildroundtable.com/ . It is a library of information for guild leaders and officers. Please note the site is hosted on TankSpot's servers, which are strictly in line with Blizzard content requirements (no gold ads, etc), and are already linked from the class guide site here on at worldofwarcraft.com.

Penlowe, Deadlysinner, MEC, Evol, and many, many others have done enormous amounts of work in this community, both on the WoW-Guild Relations forum and on the Guild Roundtable.
