Gruul Hotfixed?

Was there a hotfix today? Shatters aren't hitting hard. His HPs seem to be less.

Anyone confirm this? Got him to 27% 2nd try no flasks on a warm up runs before the respawns.

Gruul's health has been lowered, and the damage from his shatter ability has been reduced.
