We were doing 25man ToC and everytime Gormok would come out it would lag up after like 10 seconds then disconnect me.

Each time i attempted to log back in it would finish the loading screen and just kick me back to "You have been disconnected"

Eventually i got back in just after he died as dreadscale was coming out the gate.

Exact same thing happened on every attempt, tried to without my add-ons and problem was still occuring.

Even tried it from a dps point of view instead of tank and it still kept booting me.

Any help with be appreciated.

Edit: Also about 5 others in vent mentioned that this was happening to them too =[

If 5 of the people in your raid are having the issue and the other 20 are not then there is probably a client side issues at play.

try moving your Interface folder to the desktop (Make sure this is done while the game is closed). Make sure any addon updaters are closed prior to doing this and once it is done make sure to use the launcher to start the game. The interface folder can be returned to the World of Warcraft folder once it is determined that none of your addons are causing the issue.

I just wanted to let you all know that I had passed along your reports to the appropriate people and they are actively investigating it. I would suggest that you also report the problem in game when it happens so that our Game Masters have data that they can look through as well.

I am sorry, but I have no new news to report. Keep submitting reports to the Game Masters via in game tickets.

I would just like to remind everyone that Technical Support does not program nor patch the game client or maintain the game servers. But I have passed along your reports to the appropriate teams for investigation. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not have an update as to how that investigation is going.

But I would continue to suggest that you report the matter to the Game Masters via in game petitions so that they can track the number of people experiencing the problem. And to clarify, the Game Masters will not likely be able to provide a fix, this is just to serve as a reporting of the problem for tracking purposes.

Also, this is is strictly related to the Gormok fight in TOC. If you are experiencing disconnects at any other time, please create your own new thread. But your first troubleshooting step would be removing any Addons, as they can create additional, hidden chat channels, which can send significant amounts of chat between game clients that can cause players to disconnect.
