With all the complaining going on, thought I'd bring a bit of happiness.

Without getting specific, today I filed a GM ticket and a GM named Dalkryne responded. He was very friendly and helpful, and at the end said there would be a survey if I chose to fill it out. I never got the survey, so I thought I would come here and say what a great job he did (or she, dunno).
