Gold sellers - I have questions
by Farothar | 08/04/2007 02:39:03![]() I did a search through these forums but I didn't find anything that answered the three questions I have, so here I am. Hopefully you guys have answers to some of my questions. Firstly, ever since about two weeks ago, I've been reporting every gold seller that has contacted me via SpamSentry (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=3451). This is okay, right? The GM department hasn't told me to stop yet, so I figure I'm not being a bother, but if I should stop, I'd like to know. Second, what actually happens to these gold sellers when I report them? I'm not asking what is done to each individual one, I'm just wondering if, when I report them and they are written off as a gold seller, do their accounts get banned, etc? Third, is this actually helpful? Does it help put a stop to the problem? Thanks for taking the time to read - and thanks in advance if you respond. |
by Syndri | 08/04/2007 03:26:29![]() I'm going to pay proper homage, as homage is most certainly due. Farothar, I would recommend that you read over the following post: https://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=89410606&po If, after perusing Batta's response, your questions are still unanswered, I will be happy to oblige in whatever way that I can. :) |
