Is it against Blizzard's ToS to buy gold say from ebay or from another player?

For example, say a player says they would sell me 1000g for $10 or something like that.

And people, no need to flame me; just curious. (Hence the post on main)

I see a lot of stuff like this in trade & chat a lot so I was just wondering if it's bannable to buy gold from other players or gold sites for that matter.
