To combat the new slew of hackers, scammers and phishing going on with concerns to WoW, please be advised that no Blizzard employee will ever contact you in the in-game chat.

When a GM contacts you it will be in a separate window in the game, and NEVER in the in-game chat.

Also anyone can make a character name such as Blizzrd or Blizzard or Blizz, so again, do not be fooled by this technique.

And if you won something we would send it to your in-game mailbox and not ask you to go to some web site. So if an email comes into your mailbox asking you to go somewhere, IT"S A SCAM !
