Hey. I put in a ticket about heirlooms that were deleted. I THOUGHT i sent them in the mail, but I actually didn't. They are still on a character named Äcerogue. I was wondering if y'all could just restore this character, since I'm not trying to bypass a petition queue (I already waited in the queue but the GM mis-understood my ticket)

Please restore my character (name) on (realm), that's really all that's necessary without stray details that could possibly confuse :)
