Your willingness to go above and beyond your stated duty in order to help us really restored a lot of faith in our guild members concerning the administration of this game. Your quick and attentive response to our problem was for sure something we were not expecting.

We had a problem and instead of taking the easy way out, you took the time and showed great understanding. You gave the customer service you provided us to the next level in showing personal attention.
