We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our tools and may be unable to resolve various stuck character concerns for the duration of these issues; in addition we may also be unable to address petitions in general. The matter is currently being looked into, and we'll make it known when the situation has been resolved and we are able to address them once again. If you are currently stuck, please try having a warlock (or party at a meeting stone) summon you to see if that resolves your issue. Also, please try using the "Auto-Unstuck" feature, as well as using your Hearthstone. Thank you for your understanding.
