Can something please be done to fix the performance in raid at this time EVERY week. We get massive spell cast latency. We have been fine since 7pm servertime but come 8-9pm server time our instant casts become 5 second casts.

Again this is really frustrating week after week after week putting up with the same server performance. It is not isolated to me but the entire raid.

Can we please get a Blizzard response for once. So far we have had no feed back from a customerservice representitve with any information and it is realyl frustrating having to put up wit hthe same things over and over and over again each week.

This is the 12th week out of 13 we have had the same issues, and we keep repoting it with no resolution.

We do have our techs looking into Frostmourne at the moment folks, but I have no updates at this time.
