Forum moderators ignoring my reports
by Kerrala | 22/05/2007 04:53:06![]() IT all started about a month ago; I got tired of all the trolling and spamming going on in my realm forums, so I started reporting every troll post I saw. At first it worked out well, a few posts on alt characters complaining about how their main accounts got banned for trolling, but as I reported these accounts for using a second account to get around a ban, I noticed nothing got done. Furthermore, I noticed that no action was taken on any of the posts I reported from that point on. At first I assumed I was just not reporting things worthy of being reporting, or that blizzard didnt care about trolls, but I'm beginning to think it's more than that; I reported this thread on account trading almost 23 hours ago, and it's still there. http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html;jsessionid=176975D9EF053 C42BC983B69FAADC0A7?topicId=104525162&sid=1 IT gets better, about two weeks ago I reported a thread with a keylogger in it, and nothing was done to it until 2 days later when I got a friend to report it as well. So what's the deal? edit: wrong date on keylogger [ Post edited by Kerrala ] Cowards die many times before their deaths; The valiant never taste of death but once. Unfortunately, sometimes that "order" is a rather long list, and that's why you may notice that inappropriate threads don't always get responded to immediately. We thank you for your patience and encourage you to continue reporting inappropriate threads. |
