Forbearance lowers ALL damage by 15%
by Fujin | 24/02/2007 22:16:04 This is very easy to test. On the ptr: Run to a mob and consecrate your highest rank. Mine does 79 or 80 every tick.(yes, low spell damage, I know). Now cast BoP on yourself and get forbearance. Click off BoP and cast highest rank consecrate again. It'll be ticking for 15% less. |
