Floating Combat Text question

I'm not sure when exactly this started, but on my Warrior, execute doesn't pop up when it becomes available with Floating Combat Text enabled (and 'Show Reactive Spells and Abilities' checked). I've tried a /console reloadui, exiting out of WoW, turning Floating Combat Text settings off and back on.... no avail.

I know it showed execute yesterday, and overpower and victory rush pop up still, but not execute. Any ideas?

I don't see anything in the database about this particular issue. I'll make a note of it and if you want to post in the bug report forum, that's cool, too.
