Fix Ruin (3) it's nice like mice eating rice

Follidus

Dear Customer Service Forum Mods,

I would like you to please inform me of where I can go to help the battlegroup known as Ruin (bg3). As you can see, there are many people that are being effected by pve instances being down, arenas going down, or arenas being stuck on a single map for extended periods of time.

Along with that, I would like to ask of you to help out everyone that plays on bg3 and send word to someone that could fix it. I understand if you can't, in which case I would like to know how I can.

Thanks,
~Folly

P.S. If this isn't good enough then I am not sure what is.

The last one was deleted to give you another go at outlining the issue Follidus, thank you for doing it in a positive and constructive manner.

Although we (GM Blues here) cannot 'do' anything about this issue directly, I can certainly pass your concerns along - and will do so immediately.

Just FYI - the more specific details, the easier it is to track this sort of thing to it's source, anything you can add in specifics you've experienced would be helpful. Time, anything odd - latency, etc.

There are too many people who think that the only thing that's right is to get by, and the only thing that's wrong is to get caught.

Q u o t e:

First of all, i'm glad you posted, and allowed me to repost my topic once more.

But this is exactly what I was afraid of. The same kind of posts have been given to me, but nothing changes. When I first started making topics on the CSF forums I would get the same kind of response for about 4-5 weeks in a row after being locked out of our BT instance on monday night. I know I asked for word to get passed along, but is there anything else I can do? Or will I really just have to keep making threads (in a nice way) everytime something happens? Because, as prooven in the past, the problems are still existing after a reasonable period of time.

Thank you,
~Folly

We certainly do want you to let us know about things of this nature Folly. I also know issues of this nature can be quite vexing. Details are the holy grail in cases like this - the more the better.
