[Feedback] Bear Boss

I've been into ZA about 6-7 times now. A few of those times were when the servers were going down a lot so they weren't very solid runs. I've had 3-4 runs where we cleared to the first boss fine and we've downed him once and cleared to Dragonhawk which we tried and then every needed to go(it was 2 am). This is my opinion of the Bear boss and his tuning aspects:

Trash clear: About 6 pulls of trash, nothing is very hard, simple mechanics of killing totems and picking up additional targets. I can see killing trash and the boss in 20 min for the quest easily done with a solid group that knew the place.

Mechanics:
Mangle/Bleed - Pretty easy to figure this out, as a druid I recognized the mangle/bleed effect and figured out how to use two tanks to split the debuffs quickly.

This mechanic I think could use some adjusting. The bleeds seem to do a lot of damage even unmangled to a T4 geared tank. Most of the time I've ran the place with tanks who are Gruul/early SSC geared and healers with T5+ and the healers have a really hard time keeping up with all the damage, especially in the bear phase. I think this could be fixed by making the Mangle debuff around 150%-200% and reducing the bleed damage by the same amount the mangle debuff is increased. This would still provide that the mangle+bleed would be unhealable but it make the tuning for this fight more accurate considering the amount of HP he has and how long appropriately geared healers will last before going oom.

Swipe - A bit harder to figure out, when I was tanking him in human form I couldn't figure out why I was taking 9k+ hits every once in a while. Looking through my combat log I noiced the swipe and we experimented and finally found out it splits damage between the swiped targets. While this can probably be zerged through by T5+ players it cannot be ignored by T4 players as it's a bit too much burst damage to deal with. Good mechanic for providing tuning.

Charge- Standard Midnight style charge and knockback, easily dealt with by spreading out and healing it up.

Silence - 2 second silence, doesn't usually cause issues unless the tank is low to begin with.

---(These are the mechanics that I see in the fight if I'm missing something please let me know)

Main issues:
The bear boss is little bit more geared for mid-late SSC/Eye progressed guilds. Due to the amount of HP and tank burst damage I think it'll be hard for those who are finishing Gruul and have Kara farmed to effectivily execute this boss. I do not suggest an HP nerf to the bear as I think it could be a very strong gear check. The amount of heavy damage that the tanks have sustained(espeically during the bear phase) during my attempts leads me to suggest that the amount of damage caused by an UNmangled bleed be reduced slightly.

Another issue is the luck factor, multiple attempts were called wipes because of resisted taunts and a tank taking a bleed while being mangled. My suggestion to avoid such luck factors is to make the bleed a stacking debuff that will allow the mangled tank to live long enough for a second taunt.

If anyone would like to add suggestions or comments they are always appreciated.

Great feedback so far. I'd love to see similar threads on the other encounters as well as the non-boss creatures.
