Badlands is a level 45-48 zone for both Alliance and Horde. You may begin your testing in the east at Fuselight or Fuselight-by-the-Sea.

Burning Steppes: 50-52
Swamp of Sorrows: 52-54/55
Blasted Lands: 54+

Alterac no longer exists as its own zone. It's now a subzone of Hillsbrad.
