Everytime I call billing and support the line is busy and I get a 202 error everytime I attempt to register is there any way I can register by like email or another number I can call. Please respond I really want to do this with my friends tomorrow :(

"Error 202" usually indicates that the provided payment method is incompatible in some way with the selected online purchasing system. This doesn't mean that the payment method is invalid or in poor standing. Rather, it's just a sign that something isn't syncing up with the online transaction.
