Hello fellow community, after countless hours of testing and trying different solutions, I have found a workaround to the Error #132, however, I can't guarantee this will work for everyone.

Basically, what I did was; I copied the whole World of Warcraft folder found in Users/Public/Games (Vista / Windows 7 folder) and pasted it into a whole different partition which has no folder rules. Naturally, after doing this and running the game in Windowed mode I received a ton of firewall popups to Allow the game access again, and once I allowed them all, the game was back to normal!

I did not expect a simple copy / paste of the game folder to do the trick, but I'm in-game right now.
