E-Mail/WoW Armory Help

I recently reported someone for using an extremely racist joke in trade (I won't repeat it here, but it involved black people and jewish people), and later logged off before I was contacted because it was late.

I logged on the next day to have that mail sitting in my box saying an e-mail was sent to me, and sorry they couldn't get to me before I logged, etc. etc.

Problem is, I haven't seen hide nor hair of this e-mail, and it's about 3 days later now.

I'm using hotmail.

And I'm kind of afraid that, even though I have horrible luck when it concerns things I would love, this problem has extended to other things concerning e-mails from blizzard.

Can a blue verify the e-mail was sent to me? I don't have any e-mail addresses blocked, so I don't know why it wouldn't have reached my inbox.

Also, concerning the Armory part...whenever I go to the armory, the link when I mouse over gear never loads the gear. It stays stuck at the loading part. Any clue on how to get it to load the gear again?

I show this was sent, we've sent you 4 emails over the course of this account - have you ever received one?

The reason I ask - we don't have this listed as hotmail.com - looks like there may be a typo in it.

If this is the case - you probably want to contact our billing department at your earliest convenience and get that sorted out.

I really don't have a good answer for your armory question, we see folks that say they have issues viewing it from time to time - but it most normally turns out to be a browser/cache/cookie/permission issue.

Here, I'll put the address that should be connected to the account and then edit so nobody else sees it and can spam me, blues can see the edits right?

There is indeed a typo in that - it has a stray C in it.

But I've just had an amazing idea. I could, technically, go create a new hotmail account with the typo'd name, and switch my e-mail to the correct one, could I not?

Because I'm 99% certain nobody else has, or ever will use, my e-mail name.

Is there any chance this would be possible, via you telling me where that stray C is at so I can fix this?


after hotmail - and before .com just looks like a simple typo to me. Since it's a domain, I'm actually a bit doubtful that will work.

And a final question!

Is there any chance the four e-mails could be forwarded to the correct address, or should I ask for them to be resent after getting my current 'contact' e-mail changed to the right one?

I'm just going to die if I received something special and couldn't look at it due to a silly little typo :(


You are most certainly free to ask the billing rep to reforward these to you - but they look like fairly standard stuff.
