Elixir Mastery: Fel Strength Elixir

I am an Elixir Master and have yet to see a Fel Strength Elixir proc.

I have made over 40 Fel Strength Elixirs and have had zero procs.

Might need to look into this one.

Hi Hambino,

No need to further test this, we've verified that it is not working correctly, it will be fixed in an upcoming patch, and I've added the issue to the known issues sticky.
