Are answers beyond "We'll look into it!" too much to ask for? Are explanations as to why the blind reagent cost was taken away then put back on PTRs, even though you agree with removing it, inappropriate for the community? All I want are explanations and details beyond "We agree and we're looking into it." How long until you delete my post this time?
