Downloader problem
by Xenomorticai | 06/05/2010 16:21:21![]() So I'm trying to do a new install on a mac. When I first opened the downloader, it asked me where I wanted to put the files. Without thinking too much, I think I tried to do something like /tmp or something like that, which it couldn't use. Anyway, now when I try to open up the downloader again, it doesn't ask me where I want to put the files. It just says that "An error occurred while trying to download". And then says "There was a problem authenticating your download. Please go to http://www.blizzard.com/account/ to start a new download." I tried deleting the downloader and getting it again, but I keep getting that error. Any suggestions? [ Post edited by Xenomorticai ] |

Go to your Mac HD => Users => your user => Library => Preferences ƒolder and view it in an alphabetical list. Looks for com.blizzard.downloader files and delete them, not run the Blizzard Downloader again, and this time choose the desktop or Downloads folder. No matter how simple the ??? seem, we were all nbs at one time. Grab your free Apple mount here !!! (okay I lied, it's a survey) https://www.surveymk.com/s.aspx?sm=dVmRYNrf0LMIrm5nXlEciQ_3d_3d |
