Yes, as the title says the door to Kil'jaeden won't open again. It did that again, and we had to get a GM on the forums to go unlock it.

The server is Mok'nathal, and raid ID is 25043577 if needed. But, would be awesome if we can get the door to unlock again.

And before you say, we already waiting for a 30 minute soft reset and that did not fix the issue.

This issue has been resolved, but...

You'll need to wait outside for another 30 minutes so that the instance can be soft reset and the changes can take affect.
