Do you still have to cast two different ranks
by Altor | 01/03/2007 23:25:11 Do you still have to cast two different ranks of windfury when dual wielding? For example do I still ahve to cast Rank 3 WIndfury on my mainhand and Rank 2 on my offhand to get them to proc? |
