To start off, im not completely sure if this is the right forum for this.

Anyway, I was wondering if opening a ticket on AFKers actually helps solve the problem.

Do the GMs take action based on tickets, or the report function?

Does anyone have personal experience as to whether the system works?

My battlegroup is filled with afkers in AV, and its a hassle to report them, much less open a ticket on them, especially if they are smart about where they afk, etc.

Bring back Old AV!

Reporting via right-click is the best way of handling it. If you're under the impression that someone's botting rather than just not participating, though, a ticket will do just fine in addition to the right-click report.
