I am rather still a noob here in WoW. I have been playring for 2-1/2 weeks made it to 50! I recieved a Staff of Jordan the other day and loved it. Yesterday i was working on my tailoring and enchanting and disenchanted my Staff of Jordan. What info do i need to make an in game ticket! Sorry i know this is problably posted here somewhere and i know in game is supposed to handle this, so that is why i posted here to find out exactly what i need to put in my in game ticket to make it as esy as possible for the GM to read and understand this.

Include the character details that had the item and the approximate date and time of that you disenchanted the item. Time is of an essence, the sooner you open the ticket, the better chances you have that they'll restore the item. Though be aware, not all restorations are guaranteed.

Just to recap, you'll want to include the following information within your petition:

- Full name of the item
- What happened to it (accidentally disenchanted)
- Approximately when it was disenchanted
- Permission to use a limited restoration, if necessary
