This is getting ridiculous I've tried everything, I can't even log into any of my characters. I get to the loading screen it loads all the way, then when I get into the game I get the unknown name error, finally I get disconnected from the server.

I'm on a dsl connection, connected through a wireless card, if you want to know my system specs just ask.

We firewalled the actual game servers so you won't get a ping or tracert through all the way. With that being said, we usually see the Unknown issue pop up if you can't get all of the data correctly. What type of wireless router do you have? A 2-Wire device?
