Debuff slots

Are there plans to increase the amount of debuff slots alloted? As an affliction warlock I could possibly have upto 9 or 10 debuff slots up at one time. Although normally I would have 7 to 8. Recently we had 3 afflition warlocks in our Black Temple raid (yah yah, it was one of those nights), and dots were being knocked off very often. If we are all being given so many more abilities and ways to destroy stuff.. wouldn't it be fair to allow us to use them all? This is a change that I strongly believe needs to happen. by Koraa | 07/08/2008 14:28:02 We would like to increase the number of debuff slots, yes, and we most likely will. Unfortunately, this is very complicated to do tech wise. It greatly increases the amount of bandwidth for the server, for example, and also for the client (you). When designing new talents, we try very hard to not add more debuff slots, though with the addition of a brand new class it's sort of unavoidable. In a nutshell, yes we realize the debuff slot stuff is an issue now and will be in the future and we're working on it. Class Designer |
