I'm just wondering if Blizzard has achieved the list of previous High Warlord/Grand Marshal's. In this case, my research has amounted to nothing. I can't find a link anywhere and no one within the WoW community has been able to help me.

Ideally I'd like the High Warlord/Grand Marshal list for Gilneas. Can you please help me?

The final Season 2 standings have not been posted yet, but are planned to be up soon. You said "previous" so I assume you mean the Season 1 standings, which are available.

(it doesn't appear to be working, for me at least, in Firefox)

DOH! Stop confusing me with dead PvP systems, I'm only able to track one thing at a time.

Hrm, was there ever an out-of-game list for that? I seriously can't remember.
