i has noticed level 80's with wicked gearscores working there way in with the banker in dalaran now i physically dont see a way in i even tried to jump in is the ticketable or no they are allowed to do this how ever they are

You're welcome to submit an in-game petition in regards to this issue, Ùndertaker. That being said, it's possible that they were able to get back there using normal gameplay mechanics. Please be sure to make note of whether or not their presence is hindering your gameplay in any way (e.g. blocking access to the bankers).
