Q u o t e:
Hi,

Do you have Customer Support pages on Facebook too? Or is it only going to be Twitter?

At this time Customer Support updates, in the forum of social media we provide, are only being posted on Twitter. The idea behind the method is more to provide information to you-our players-in a quick and easily accessible medium. That being the case, I would also like to point out that we are not going to be responding to @reply's; though we will read through all of them. :0)

Q u o t e:
I dont use Twitter. Are the forums going to have the same information provided at the same time, or is information going to be available on Twitter first, followed by the forums later?

Much like the forums, you are not required to have an account to view the posts we are going to be providing on Twitter, Grifftina. We welcome you to follow the tweets that will be made there, as the bulk of the information will not be posted here on the forums. This does not apply to service outages and breaking news updates, those will be treated as they have always been here on the Customer Service forum. :0)
