If that is the case and you do not have the password reset email, you should be able to reset it yourself by using the password retrieval system in Account Management at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com, provided that you know the answer to your secret question. Doing this will automatically send you a password reset email to the newly registered address. |

The other option would be to use the "secret answer" recovery method. Since you should now have access to the registered email address, using the below link will allow for an updated "secret answer" to be sent to the address: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowbilling/?id=abl01998p Once you've done that, you can use the method I previously mentioned to recover your password. |
