I just phoned an Account / Billing Representitive. After an hour of hold, I finally get someone. Gewd for me :) So I give him the information about mt account and he replies " I will email you a temporary password, and I changed your email, and as soon as you get the password, change it. It will be sent in about 10-15 minutes." Well, been an hour now. Still nothing, just an automated email saying, "We are unable to retrieve stolen money, characters" and such. But I asked for a password, and he still hasnt sent me anything. Tells me to email a GM via email or in-game. GM email is just automated, and in-game takes hours, and probably wont do jack. So what do I do now?

Unfortunately, the Game Master department will be unable to verify whether or not the password reset email was successfully sent.

Do you now have access to the registered email address on account record since speaking with a Billing representative, Frisky?

Well, he SAID he changed the email. I know the keylogger ( erased now ) changed the email, was da hood@hotmail or something. but yes, its my moms email i can just ask her to check it, i do have access to her email

If that is the case and you do not have the password reset email, you should be able to reset it yourself by using the password retrieval system in Account Management at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com, provided that you know the answer to your secret question. Doing this will automatically send you a password reset email to the newly registered address.

As I've said above, I have tried to retrieve my password already. But the secret answer does not work. I have tried it every shape and/or form. Also different spelling, but still nothing. :/ Made a trial just to see, and I wrote the answer down, EXACTLY how i spelt it in the page.

Didnt work, of course

The other option would be to use the "secret answer" recovery method. Since you should now have access to the registered email address, using the below link will allow for an updated "secret answer" to be sent to the address:

http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowbilling/?id=abl01998p

Once you've done that, you can use the method I previously mentioned to recover your password.
